BFArena is a competitive platform inspired by the Battlefield universe allowing players to:
3.1 Eligibility:
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3.2 Accurate information:
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering.
3.3 Account security:
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activities performed under your account.
By using BFArena, you agree to:
Match results must be validated by the captains of both teams. Screenshots may be required as proof.
Any attempt to manipulate the ELO system will result in account suspension or deletion.
The ELO system is calculated automatically according to a predefined algorithm. BFArena reserves the right to modify this algorithm.
6.1 Team creation: Any user can create a team. The creator automatically becomes the captain.
6.2 Captain responsibilities: The captain is responsible for team management, invitations, applications and match validation.
6.3 Recruitment: Captains can enable recruitment mode and accept/reject applications at their discretion.
7.1 Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you post (avatars, team logos, screenshots).
7.2 License: By posting content, you grant BFArena a non-exclusive license to display and use that content within the Service.
BFArena, its logo, design and all elements of the Service are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute these elements without prior written authorization.

BFArena is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
BFArena shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
10.1 By the user: You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
10.2 By BFArena: We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these terms, without notice.
BFArena reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Service after modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.
